CrackorKeep (“we,” “us,” “the site”) is a free tool that gives an AI-generated pre-grading estimate for sports and trading cards from photos you upload. This page explains what happens to your data when you use it.

No account, no login

CrackorKeep doesn’t require or offer account creation. We don’t collect your name, email address, or any other identifying registration information to use the tool.

Card photos you upload

When you upload card images for analysis, they are sent directly to Anthropic (the maker of Claude, the AI model that powers our grading analysis) to generate your results. We do not store your photos on our own servers after your analysis completes. Anthropic’s handling of API data is governed by their own terms and privacy policy, which you can review at anthropic.com/legal/privacy.

Automated usage limits

To keep this tool free and available to everyone, we track a limited amount of technical information — specifically your IP address and a request count — to enforce fair-use daily limits and prevent abuse. This data is stored temporarily (for a maximum of 48 hours) and is automatically deleted; we do not retain a history of your IP address or usage beyond that window.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed and whether an analysis was completed. This is aggregated usage data and is not tied to your name or contact information. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across the web using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Advertising

CrackorKeep displays ads served through Google AdSense and Ezoic to help keep this tool free. These third parties may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites.

• You can review and adjust how Google personalizes ads at Google Ads Settings.
• You can review Ezoic’s privacy and cookie practices at their Privacy Policy.
• Where required (for example, in the EU, UK, and California), a consent banner is shown before non-essential advertising cookies are set, and you can adjust your choices there at any time.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links on this site (for example, links to eBay listings) are affiliate links. If you make a purchase after clicking one, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.

Hosting and technical logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and our analysis tool runs on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may log standard technical request data (such as IP address and request timestamps) as part of normal web hosting and security operations. Review Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for details on their practices.

Children’s privacy

CrackorKeep is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time as the site’s features or our advertising partners change. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
